Join us for an educational course focused on developing essential leadership skills and fostering successful teams. Throughout this program, participants will gain an understanding of effective leadership strategies, including navigating change, integrating bureaucratic requirements, and building successful teams. They will explore the definition of leadership and the necessary skills for success, while also gaining insights into their own behaviors and how to modify them for optimal performance. Understanding oneself, personal preferences, and adapting to the needs of staff will be emphasized. Additionally, participants will learn how to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts, value individual uniqueness, and support individuals for success. The course will also cover key office functions, including equipment life cycle management, information security, and budgeting for effective planning. By the end of this course, participants will be equipped with the knowledge and skills to become successful leaders in their respective fields.

Who can access the AARFP member portal?
Please note that the AARFP member portal is to be used by members of AARFP only. Certain workspaces within the member portal will be tailored for and restricted to certain membership types; access to these areas will be determined and approved by AARFP staff.
