The Arena 2 is a comprehensive 32-hour course designed to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of refrigeration systems. This program covers all aspects of a refrigeration system and detailed operation of the properties of different refrigerants, brine systems, receivers and evaporators, compressors, evaporators/chillers, controls, maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting techniques, preventative maintenance, life cycle planning, arena safety and risk management.

Through this course, participants will develop a strong foundation in refrigeration principles and learn how to operate and maintain arena ice plants safely and effectively.
