This course aims to support communities and community groups in creating a thorough policy and procedure manual for the various needs of a facility. In this one-day course, participants will gain essential knowledge on creating the manual, determining its essential components, and ensuring its continuous relevance. The curriculum will cover a wide range of areas, including facility regulations, administrative procedures, financial and staff management, emergency protocols, programming, and scheduling. By successfully completing the program, participants will be awarded a certificate in Developing a Policy and Procedure Manual, equipping them with the necessary skills to establish and maintain effective manuals for their respective organizations.
