Permanent Full-Time Aquatics Shift Leader
The TransAlta Tri Leisure Centre is currently seeking a Permanent Full-Time Aquatics Shift Leader to ensure the overall quality of our customers’ experience within the TLC aquatics area. This position will ensure an effective, efficient, and safe operations at the TLC, while following guidelines and procedures and ensuring the safety of staff and aquatic patrons. The Aquatics Shift Leader oversees Lifeguards and Slide Attendants, as well as teaches a variety of swim programs and performing rescues and first aid as required. The successful candidate will have current NL, O2, IFA, and LSI certifications. IntelliLeisure, Pool Operator I and II are considered an asset. The successful candidates will be required to provide evidence of certifications, as well as a clear criminal and vulnerable sector check prior to start of employment. Shift work is required including evenings and weekends.

Wage range: $23.89 - $28.41
