Permanent Full Time Aquatics Shift Leader

The TransAlta Tri Leisure Centre is currently seeking a permanent full-time Shift Leader to ensure the overall quality of our customers’ experience within the TLC aquatics area. The Aquatics Shift Leader is responsible for the supervision of the Lifeguards and Slide Attendants, as well as teaching a variety of swim programs and performing rescues and first aid as required. If you have current NL, IFA (formerly SFA), O₂ and LSI certifications, an exceptional customer service focus, supervisory experience, and excellent problem-solving skills, consider applying today! Pool Operator I and II are considered an asset.

The successful candidates will be required to provide current Intermediate First Aid/CPR/AED, evidence of a cleared criminal record check, as well as a vulnerable sector check prior to employment. Shift work is required including evenings and weekends.
