Shane Homes West Soccer Dome Facility Manager
Facility Manager
- Overseeing daily facility operations, budgeting, scheduling, and maintenance
- Hire, train, and manage Facility Attendants
- Manage inventory, supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and maintenance standards of the field, dome, and equipment
- Support lifecycle and capital renewal projects

Job Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in recreation and/or facility management
- Post secondary degree or diploma in Recreation Management/Administration,
- Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of supervisory experience and leading teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and community groups
