Shane Homes West Soccer Dome Facility Manager

Facility Manager

  • Overseeing daily facility operations, budgeting, scheduling, and maintenance
  • Hire, train, and manage Facility Attendants
  • Manage inventory, supplies and coordinate with vendors 
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and maintenance standards of the field, dome, and equipment
  • Support lifecycle and capital renewal projects

Job Requirements 

  • 5+ years of leadership experience in recreation and/or facility management
  • Post secondary degree or diploma in Recreation Management/Administration,
  • Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of supervisory experience and leading teams
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and community groups
