Shane Homes West Soccer Dome Facility Manager

Facility Manager

Overseeing daily facility operations, budgeting, scheduling, and maintenance
Hire, train, and manage Facility Attendants
Manage inventory, supplies and coordinate with vendors
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and maintenance standards of the field, dome, and equipment
Support lifecycle and capital renewal projects

Job Requirements

5+ years of leadership experience in recreation and/or facility management
Post secondary degree or diploma in Recreation Management/Administration,
Business Administration, or a related discipline
5+ years of supervisory experience and leading teams
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and community groups
